The last time I went to glamorous Taylor Taylor which is one of the good salons in London. I wasn't allowed into the hot seat,  before the booked time. So, I had to go out again. I went to a restaurant and ate something which cost me another £40 and then I went back to the salon. Through the beautiful Liberty shopping center and up with the lift and then was given a seat in the reception area, just to wait for another 15 minutes.

Then finally I was led to my golden chair and I ordered a glass of red wine. I chose a bob haircut and blow dry. The stylist did what he could and I was quite happy as I know what is possible. As I am a stylist myself by profession. I loved it there and will go there again. I hate black seats. I was far too long in poorly designed salons working, that I avoided at all costs, black hairdressing seats.

The wine and the music made me a bit dizzy, but I held up the conversation with the stylist. I asked him if he didn't feel locked in working for 8 hours up there? Because when I was working in a salon, I always felt that way. I wanted to be an artist and didn't thought doing hair artistic enough, even though it is a lot of hard work with incredibly long hours and in the past badly paid.
